2016 Ryder Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2016 Cabernet was sourced from our vineyard north of Clare. Careful maturation in French oak for 18 months has enhanced this quality fruit.

The nose has generous dark cherries and blackcurrant while the palate displays dark fruits and smooth vanilla.  Minty dark chocolate with soft tannins rewards at the finish.

2017 Ryder Shiraz

Our 2017 Shiraz is sourced from premium vineyards in Watervale, Clare Valley. This rich, full bodied Shiraz has been matured in a combination of French and American oak for 15 months.

Displaying dark raspberry and plum with black pepper and spice, it is a soft and opulent wine with a long finish.
